Refunds/Returns
Because our products are prepared fresh to order, all sales are final. Refunds and exchanges are permitted only in the event that a customer receives an incorrect order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned within 15 days of delivery, in the same condition and packaging that you received it, unworn, unused, and unopened with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at customercare@vbranches.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Damage Policy
Once shipped, the Vine and Branches brand bears no responsibility for items damaged during the shipping process. If this type of damage occurs, a claim must be submitted by you, the purchaser and properly filed with the delivering carrier. We will be glad to assist in this process if needed. We can also offer a replacement of the exact damaged item/s upon return of item/s in question and completion of the carrier claim process.

Damage or loss during shipment is the carrier's responsibility. Claims must be properly filed with the delivering carrier. The addressee must initiate damage claims against the shipper. We will be happy to assist if needed.
